He is a licensed physician in Podiatric Medicine and received his medical degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in San Francisco, and a certification in Ankle Surgery. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University with a focus in Biology.
